Rosario “Charo” Welle is a communication specialist and accredited bilingual translator (English-Spanish, Spanish-English), editor, and content writer with over 23 years of experience in corporate and institutional communications, with specialized experience in education, marketing, and healthcare within the US and LATAM regions.
Charo is a consummate professional who effectively bridges communication gaps to contribute to meaningful client-oriented relationships and a strong market presence. She is fortunate to work with wonderful direct clients and selected agencies, and to collaborate with trusted colleagues on projects that align with her work ethics and personal values. Prior to freelancing, Charo worked on staff for eight years as a translator and interpreter for an entire Texas school district.Born and raised in the Dominican Republic, she currently enjoys life in Florida. You can also find her serving her community, mentoring her peers, traveling, reading, or practicing ballet.

Pursuing a Master in Communication Management with a concentration in Marketing Communication and a Professional Certificate in Creative Writing from the University of Denver. In progress.

Associates of Arts degree from Eastfield College, graduating with high honors.
English into Spanish Professional Certificate in Translation Studies from New York University.
